At Trend Carts, our goal is for every purchase to meet or exceed your expectations. If, for any reason, this isn’t the case, we’re here to help you find a satisfactory solution.

30-Day Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of receiving your product to request a return.

Do you accept returns? Yes, we accept returns for defective and non-defective products.

Condition: Only new products are eligible for return. This includes products that are unopened in their original packaging or have never been used.

Return Shipping Costs: Free Returns. We will cover the return shipping costs.

No Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees for returns.

Return Eligibility: To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unused and unworn
  • With all tags intact
  • In its original packaging

Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required.

How to Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at support@trendcarts.shop, or use our live chat option in the store; you will see the chat bubble at the bottom right—simply navigate to it and contact us. We will provide instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

RETURN METHOD: You can send us your return by mail.

HOW CAN YOU GET YOUR RETURN SHIPPING LABEL? You will receive instructions via email to download and print the return label.

Damaged Goods: If your items were damaged in transit, please report this within two working days at support@trendcarts.shop, or use our live chat option in the store. For visible damage upon receipt, sign the carrier’s delivery note as “damaged.” We will arrange for collection and replacement of the items within 24 hours of your report, subject to stock availability.

Faulty Products: If your product is faulty or becomes faulty, you can obtain a replacement within the product’s warranty period after the defect has been verified by the manufacturer. You will need to provide your order number for this process.

Exchanges: Do you accept exchanges? No, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Refund Policy

What is refunded? The full purchase price of the returned item.

Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Haven’t Received Your Refund? If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@trendcarts.shop.
